Concept
Varka builds its identity around a clear nautical theme: a large-scale sculptural crab occupies the centre of the wall, surrounded by textured plaster and display niches showing fish and lobster skeletons as art objects. This direct, almost museum-like approach makes the restaurant instantly recognisable from the entrance.
