Concept
The project is a multi-storey residential building in Bellinzona, Switzerland, with a light stucco facade interrupted by textured timber cladding and dark-framed balconies. The covered entrance repeats the same vertical timber as a connecting element between inside and outside.
The surrounding landscaping — white stone beds with rhododendrons and alpine greenery — completes the calm, contemporary character of the facade, in a setting where the mountains are always present in the background.
