Concept
Monarc Bar Cafe combines deep-blue and pink wall panelling, divided by gold framing, with a light-toned chesterfield sofa and rose-gold metal chairs. Gold pendant lighting and herringbone parquet complete the elegant, almost boudoir-like character of the space.
