Concept
Avanel Signature Hotel is conceived as a contemporary architectural landmark defined by movement, rhythm and strong geometric expression. The shifting balcony lines create a dynamic façade, while the contrast between solid volumes, transparency and integrated greenery gives the building a distinctive identity. The concept aims to combine visual impact with functionality, creating a strong relationship between the interior spaces, balconies and surrounding urban context.
Design Approach
The design combines clean contemporary lines with warm and refined materials. White sculptural balcony frames, dark façade panels, glass balustrades and wood-clad ceilings create a balanced contrast between modernity and warmth. Carefully integrated lighting enhances the architectural geometry at night, while natural textures and vegetation soften the composition and contribute to a sophisticated hospitality atmosphere.
