The design concept for the Avanel Hotel is based on creating a modern, contemporary, and functional architecture, emphasizing slanted geometric forms to create a dynamic facade.The facade is designed with large glass windows combined with natural wood panels to convey aesthetic warmth and continuity. Additionally, the facade features a repetitive vertical rhythm, creating harmony while maintaining the functionality of a ventilated facade and balconies finished with microcement.The materials are combined to create sustainable harmony and a sense of luxury. The inclusion of greenery on the balconies allows for the integration of natural elements within an urban environment.
Koncepti projektimit Avanel hotel eshte bazuar ne krijimin nje arkitekture moderne bashkohore dhe funksionale , duke i vene theksin tek format gjeometrike te pjerreta per te krijuar nje fasade dinamike.Fasada eshte dizenjuar me dritare te gjera xhami ne kombinim me panele prej druri natyral per te percjell ngrohtesi estetike dhe vazhdimesi. Gjithashtu fasada ka nje ritem te perseritur vertikal duke krijuar nje harmoni por duke mos harruar funksionalitetin e fasades se ventiluar dhe ballkonet me perfundim mikrocement.Materialet kombinohen sebashku duke krijuar nje harmoni te qendrueshme dhe nje ndjesi te luksit. Perfshirja e gjelbërimit në ballkone ben te mundur integrimin e elementeve natyrore ne nje mjedis urban.Per me teper, ballokonet krijojnë një efekt vizual gjeometrik , duke theksuar dinamizmin e fasades ne teresi. Perdorimi i formave gjeometrike te pjerreta japin ndjesine e levizjes dhe modernizmit.
