Every place has its own rhythm. In Dhërmi, we wanted the architecture to move to the rhythm of the sea.

By blending the Mediterranean spirit with the tranquility of Bali and the understated elegance of the South of France, we created a place where the boundaries between nature and architecture begin to dissolve.

Every decision was guided by the same intention: not to let the architecture dominate the landscape, but to extend it. Light, shadow, natural materials, and the sea exist in quiet harmony, creating an experience that feels effortless, serene, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

An atmosphere where every detail quietly serves the same purpose: to slow time, awaken the senses, and reconnect people with nature in its purest form.

Our goal was to create a space that instantly disconnects you from everyday life, evoking that familiar feeling of the first moments of a holiday—when time begins to slow and the mind finally lets go.
